Day 11 of SDL's BLC and the first official weigh-in. I am down 3.8 lbs total. Our challenge this week is to do one workout every day. We're starting off by doing Crunch: Fat Burning Dance party on Netflix. Here we go! My goal this week is to drop another 3 pounds in 7 days, I can do it.

Steps: 14,571

Exercise:
44 minutes attempting to do Crunch: Fat Burning Dance Party ~250 calories
4 miles on the treadmill @4 and 7mph ~300 calories
45 minutes of walking laps in the 32" deep kiddie pool ~150 calories
