Thanx, it's actually not fast, it's 1kg a week... when you start and see the mountain if front of you it always seems impossible... but 1 day at a time and never quit and now 10 months later (40 ish weeks) I am super happy.
I do OMAD (sometimes I have a lunch with customers but stick to my plan), no carbs, no sugar, no dairy and I hate exercise... I do not do cheat days, the mess me up.
I stick to this lifestyle 98% and will for ever... if I eat the carbs, sugar and dairy my stomach pains so it is not in my future.
I found what works for me, find what works and stick with it.
My new motto: I don't live to eat, I eat to live.
