Out and about with the kids all day...did manage to do better than normal. Normal is way over my point range on th weekend... Weekends are hard for me because Im usually very inconsistent with my eating. im always on the go and never know where i may end up. I tried to beat that today by eating a banana and drinking two glasses of water before even walking out the door.
