Amazon815's Logboek, 09 aug 09

For reasons that I cannot understand, I ate baked ziti at 3:00 am. It is an old habit that used to help me with insomnia while packing on the pounds. I couldn't sleep and, in spite of all my committment and efforts, I binged on ziti instead of having water or a small snack. I was ashamed to record it in my daily intake. I'm ashamed of myself. I did get up today and ride my bike for a little over 19 minutes but I know I should do more.

I am also a eater in the dark, i don't know what is behind the compulsion. last night i ate a costco muffin. wasn't hungry, but keep waking up and eating pieces of it. what things have you tried to avoid this?
