I've not lost ANY weight this week, BUT I've not gained any either! I've not had a good week - I have gone over my calorie daily allowance on three days and I've had really bad cravings for sweet things - I think maybe it's linked to my hormones, but I can't tell as I don't have a normal cycle anymore.
I've recorded most things, but not everything, because there was one day at least where I lost track of the food I consumed - but I don't think I'd gone over by more than a couple of hundred calories and I was certainly still under the outgoing calorie amount!
Anyway, all this means that I need to be REALLY good this week or I won't hit my mini-target next Sunday - so I started off yesterday and did really well, even though I was really tempted by a few things.
Back to being a more determined me! :)
