I started out yesterday eating well...With the intention to be a little bad at a family function i was attending later in the evening...Well it turns out that I ate way too much and drank way too much on a tuesday evening. Now the weekend is here yet and have about two other affairs to go to before i can start a fresh week...and im sure I have no more flex bonus points left. but thats ok...Cause any other time I would have fell off and said what the point...but im immediately back on track today with my egg whites and berry smoothie...Im having what was left of my roasted chicken in veggies for lunch...For dinner I will probably eat something light...
