I said I wanted to make this a perfect week and would weigh in on Friday. It was a perfect week Monday through Thursday as I mentioned at the start of the week. I ate healthy and did my exercise. So I believe I lost 1.4 pounds, which is great.
The reason it was only until Thursday with a Friday morning weigh in is that Friday is my birthday. I won't be watching what I eat or worrying about exercise until Sunday since several people are celebrating with me.
