Decided this morning, I'm going to start walking on my lunch break at work. Brought some walking shoes and walked for about 45 minutes straight at a brisk pace while listening to my Healing Confessions by Gloria Copeland of Kenneth Copeland Ministries My Health app on my phone says I walked 3.55 miles. To aid in my spiritual, mental, and physical health, I commit to doing this.

i walk at lunch, it makes the day so much better. There is a nice park with a walking trail by my work and a mall, when it rains or is too hot I go to the mall

I agree, @kgilson. I live in Anchorage, Alaska and our summers don't last long, so I've gotta get outside when I can!
