Although I reached my target weight a while ago (am with Slimming World), I'm now just outside of the lower end after getting weighed this week (and feeling chuffed tbh). In order to not have to pay, I now need to gain a bit . Having come to the conclusion that seeing any loss is what I crave, I don't like this. I'm not complaining and wondered if anyone else has experienced this.
