What a week! Diet wise things worked out fine although it was a challenge trying to meet both my diet and exercise needs in the daily round (some unusual things happened this week).
Secondly, in the mad haste of this week I recalled my old habits of trying to meet stress through calories...not this week. I stuck to responding to stress in non-caloric ways! That old habit is going to die if I ever hope to keep this weight off. On that issue, I've worked too hard to go back (having lost over 75 pounds so far).
There's joy in this journey, but a sobering reminder of how I got obese in the first place. I find myself thankful for the lessons.
