So yesterday marked a month of doing intermittent fasting and being here on FS. I fully expect the weight loss to be much slower from this point on, but this first month has been great at getting me started and keeping me motivated. Thank you for all the encouragement and support everybody!

To be fair, I lost the first 4 pounds (173 to 169) before I started here, but I wanted my initial weigh-in to include all the weight loss. But 13 lbs is still awesome!
