Shrinking Sonya's Logboek, 10 sep 09

Why is it that every time I have a weigh-in I feel like pigging out the next day? Thursdays, for some weird, twisted reason, are my worst days for cravings. I feel like I've been holding my breath for a few days preparing for weigh-in and then the day after I want to exhale (and inhale a few treats). Well this time I'm gonna give in and have some treats- I'm going to treat myself to some grapes to snack on today. And I'm going to treat myself to a nice long walk after work if the weather's good. If I can just make my body believe those are the real treats like my brain does, I will be 100% on track with this weight-loss journey.

So here's a toast: for everyone who feels like they deserve a pat on the back or a treat for doing well this week, (toasts with a bottle of water), here's to us!
