Update from Dec 2018 to now, almost a 5 year journey.
I have decreased my weight by just under 25kgs. My body fat % from 46 to around 33. My waist from 98cm to 80cm
My cholesterol is down 19% (6.4 to 5.2) Triglycerides perfect. My blood sugar is normal (but it always was 😂) Blood pressure also still fine. Auto immune disease under control.
I haven’t counted calories or weighed my food for a year. As a result my weight loss might be slower, but I’m still losing weight and I’m eating in a way that feels normal and sustainable for life.
I eat high-fat, high protein, low carb, but high fibre. I take Sally ann creed Skinny Fibre & psyllium husk daily (to add fibre and control cholesterol)
I eat a chocolate every week (CarbSmart, so erithytol sweetened)
Goals: -lose another 4kgs or so, which should take me around another year. -get cholesterol under 5 -get body fat % under 30
Life is good.
