Haven't counted calories in a while. definitely do still want to do 3 months hard in terms of counting calories and working out next year. But right now I'm really enjoying getting stronger and healing my relationships to food. It feels good setting and sticking to boundaries, and not overeating junk food, consciously eating balanced meals and honoring my hunger and satiety cues. Once these changes become engrained, I'll focus on weight loss. For now, super happy I'm no longer living riddled with anxiety about gaining weight. That was making me more unhappy than my weight itself.
