I just ate an Atkins Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretsel bar that I purchased. I thought the box said they had 2 or 3 grams of carbohydrate, but when I logged it in on My Fat Secret it showed 19 grams of carbs with 6 grams of fiber for a net of 13 carbs.
Oh, it was good, but not on Level 1.

I ran across this on another atkins product. On mine, there were some carbs from sugar alcohols that atkins deducts like fiber but this site doesn't deduct the sugar alcohols. Maybe the same problem?

Exactly. I called the 800 number for Atkins and that is what I was told. Hopefully, I my total carbs are not way out of wack. If you examine the packaging, it shows 3g carbs* And on the back it explains 19g - 6g of fiber, and -10g alcohol sugar to arrive at the 3g on net carbs.

some one changed the numbers here to not count fiber or sugar alcohols which is so not cool for the rest of us. I just created my own "low carb bar" entry to log so i can accurately keep track .
