Had a little bit of a rough weekend. The hungries came and visited and wouldn't leave until I fed them. However, eventhough I ate more than I planned, I tracked everything I ate.
I just did a tally of all the exercise I did last week (Tuesday-Monday) and I did 705 minutes of exercising!!! Woot, Woot! That's 11 hours and 45 minutes. I think that's awesome. So, I've decided to challenge myself and do 800 minutes of exercising this week -- starting today. I only have to add about 15 minutes to each day (actually the math comes out to 13.57 minutes). I can do that easy-peasy. I remember a year ago when I had 500 minutes as my goal and I used to struggle to get there.
So in doing the math, I think I know why the hungries visited...I reduced my intake to 1500 cals/day and I don't think it is enough. OK, next week I'm back to 1700 cals/day. :-) So glad to have this software so that I can track and make adjustments and have a history to go off of.
