Technically my fast ended at 9 when my baker offered me a taste of the new cinnamon scone type thing that came in. Half of one was 125cal. I did wait till about 11 to have anything else though. Lunch: 1 large apple, chocolate protein shake 110&160 Snack: peanuts, banana pumpkin muffin(healthy version) 290 &? Dinner: 1.5c chicken fried rice minus the egg, 1/2c stuffing ?&? Dessert: hip chip ice cream sandwich. 300 Drink: 32oz coffee. 20 oz G0
I really want to give the plant based thing a go again. The big things last time were cheese, yogurt and eggs and I really don’t eat much yogurt and cheese anymore anyway. So, I’ll try to start vegetarian with fish(don’t remember what that’s called.) You know how many bakery things use eggs and butter?
