One goal I have is to stop thinking about weight loss. That's actually one "carrot" if you will to my losing weight- no longer wasting time b/c of being fat. e.g. 20 lbs ago I would take an hour on a Sunday morning to figure out what I could fit into for church. Life's just easier if you're in maintenance mode and able to reach in the closet w/o much thought. My husband wld also appreciate no longer listening to the fascinating topic of my weight loss.
