Woo Hoo!!!

Started in April 2015 at 292 lbs. Now, I'm at 247 lbs & 6'1". Even 36" waist pants are loose. Eating a lot of salmon, spinach, strawberries, nuts, shakes. Try to keep total sugar/carb below <250g or lower per day. Protein at >=200g per day.
