GRS58's Logboek, 14 nov 15

A well done to me today. But I know what I am like, all keen and determined to start and then just let the whole thing go after a week.

This weekend I have to do what I can to make this a way of life and a daily routine.

Fingers crossed for next week and the week after, coz I am not hopeful.
