Day 1 of NO COOKIES .. it's my addiction to chocolate chip cookies that has me so overweight. Sugar addiction in general is the demon I fight daily. It usually hits me between 6-9 p.m. .. that overwhelming desire to go get the walmart chocolate chip cookies to dip in a small glass of milk. I'm planning to go to Austin on a health food store adventure. I'm trying to locate my AMAZAKE (hazelnut and chocolate almond and chocolate brownie .. mmmm) and also when i do cheat i need a stash of organic cookies that actually have some nutritional values. I will create a system that works ... or die trying :-)
Also need to muster up the motivation to get my exercising done. I walk on the treadmill for about 30-60 mins a day .. gets boring.
