I've just returned from the endocrinologist. He's extremely happy with my progress, lab results, and dedication to going to the gym 5 to 6 days a week. If I'm waking up at 0345 every day, I better see some results.
Only minor tweaks to the medications I'm taking for inflammation based on my metabolism rates and new weight, which stubbornly remains in the 230 to 235 pounds range. That will change once I can carve out a few hours for cardio each week. So, I continue the no sugar and no carbs lifestyle. That seems to work best for me. Until then, keep moving forward.
