Moving right along at a steady pace. Not much else to report. End of year biz stuff has me extremely busy -- too much ass time -- not enuff play time :-/ lol.. such is the life of a multi-channel merchant.
Finally getting a bit more comfy with the LCHF thing and not having to put too much effort into meal planning now that I've got the gyst of what I can and cannot have to eat. I'm not quite making it to my recommended daily intake of calories .. but I'm not feeling tired and sluggish or feeling hungry all the time so not very concerned about it at this point.
Well .. time to work :-)

remember...on LCHF, calorie counting is very soft....more like keep an eye on it, but that's all....you'll be a lot more sustained with energy running on fat vs sugar.

yeah ive been in ketosis for almost 2 weeks and its getting to the point I have to remind myself to eat!
