Having one of those days where I'm really not hungry .. going to use this one to my advantage for that 'fasting thru the holidays' challenge that i'm on. :-)
The weather finally cooled down here and it's been raining on and off. Was one of those days where all I wanna do is snooze... zzzzzzzz
On another note I did start my walking and stretching up again today. I said I would at 2 weeks in and here I am actually doing it. LCHF is really doing the trick for me. Those carb cravings are gone for the most part. I really can't believe it's been 15 days without a single cookie -- and no more SEVERE cravings for them -- the kind of cravings that make me get in my car and go to walmart at 1 a.m. in the morning LoL.
Have a couple of new reipes to make this week and a couple of old faves. I figured out that I can still do stir fry minus the rice .. mmmmmm
