I'm still living despite the bad genetics! I recently had my arteries checked because I have tortuosity of the carotid artery. In short, an artery is kinked like a hose, which restricts blood flow. Since my diet consists of 75% fats, this is something to monitor to ensure that no plaque builds up on the artery walls. I, like the honey badger, just don't care. Onward to the next defect in this flawed body. No weightloss to report. I'm sitting on a plateau, but my body is still transforming, and my body fat percentage is slowly falling.

Wm0000-i think you remind me of myself in some ways. Look super healthy on the outside but few lil hiccups going on inside. You look great but glad to know you are paying attention to the internal health issues.
