Been working hard in the gym and eating more than I would even like to. Been trying to average about 3000 cal a day and that’s proven to be more effort than I would’ve thought at this point I am OK with a dirty bulk. I would really like to get to 170 or even 175 before the end of April then I will start a cut back down to 165.
