It says I haven't weighed myself for 72 days now Reason for that is I struggle as it is in the winter to not gain weight, let alone lose it. So I've stayed in the 155 - 158 range for a few months now. Hey, I'm happy with that. I've never been below the 160's on ANY winter period for as long as I can remember LOL

Wonderful - maintaining right now is great, you will lose again eventually, if that is your goal.

My husband reminds me fat turns to muscle when your working out. I'm seeing what he means this winter, we haven't cycled and I feel that wee bit of difference. I think it's awesome you maintain your weight under the 160s. Myself, I will have the under the 145 soon. Sounds like bingo lol
