Birthday week. Eating with friends 5 days in a row. Tonight will be the last one. My weight will start to look better soon. Back to one-derland is my goal. I am going to make it to the Y at least 5 days a week (in addition to my 3-4 mornings of water aerobics) to get my 10,000 steps as icy sidewalks and sub-zero temps are just not compatible with walking out of doors.
