I stopped using whey protein to boost my protein intake as I thought it was affecting my breathing. Pulmonary function has somewhat improved but weight loss was affected....interesting!! I am, once again, introducing the whey protein at 1/2 the recommended dosage...let's see if I can find a happy balance.
