Looking good, man! You could shred down to 200lbs or maintain the 220lbs and continue to build. Congrats!

@TheUnhealthyDaddy - I was 200 pounds back in 2017, but my routine was strictly cardiovascular-based. I walked 150 miles a week and biked on days I didn't feel like walking. I do not have the time to devote to cardio at this point, but I can squeeze in 45-60 minutes of strength training 5 days a week. I'm sure I have at least 10-15 pounds of skin hanging on my body, so that will get me closer to 200 pounds post-surgery.

@Oksana__1980 - I have learned to live without the concept of dessert. I eat as clean as possible and as close to the original source as possible. Cheat/reward days don't exit in my mind.

@ WM0000 Sometimes a too strict diet leads to breakdowns. I'm not talking about you and this doesn't happen to everyone. I also eat natural food as much as possible. and the composition of this dessert is rice cakes, sugar-free yogurt, berries and cocoa. the ingredients are very simple 😉

Incredible. Concept of no dessert…something I should consider maybe. 🤔

@wifey9707 - I look at this topic as someone who had an addiction. You would never tell a former smoker they can occasionally have a cigarette. You wouldn't tell a past drug user they can do their drug of choice every once in a while. I am addicted to sugar. It excites areas of my brain and is hard to stop once I get started. Artificial sweeteners have the same effect on me. It is best for me to steer clear of the temptation.
I don't subscribe to low-calorie foods. I like full fat (the more, the better), restrict my carb intake, and I don't count calories.
From almost 500 pounds to my life today is the only motivation I need.
