Personal Training session today for 1 hour - weight lifting and cardio circuit
Diet on point once again
Weight not budging. Fat % dropping. Wanna get a high-tech scale to see for sure if its an increase in muscle mass. Hope so.

measure yourself. my weight is so slow to come off, but i'm down a full pant size and able to squeeze into some others that were nowhere near close a month ago.

Thanks for sharing, my jeans fit differently but the scale says I'm 4 lbs heavier than less than a month ago. grrrrrrrrr my appetitie and amount I eat hasn't changed.
