Losin25's Logboek, 21 sep 11

Had a great swim this morning. Ate a breakfast before swimming - peanut butter and honey on a single waffle. And I think my swim was all the better for it. Was really able to sustain for the 50 minutes. Did the last 35 minutes without any stops. Normally, I only eat a peice of fruit and then eat the rest of my breakfast after I swim. And now that it is 10:30, I'm eating a second breakfast (chicken breast).

I'm going to try this out for a couple of days and see how it goes with staying in my calories for the day. I'm wondering if it will help with the dreaded hungries that I always get after a huge WL week - and since I had a 3 pound drop last week, I'm in the hungries this week.

Got my new hot yoga towels (yogitoes) in the mail last night right before going to my hot yoga class. Wow! What a difference a skidless towel makes! I didn't drink enough water yesterday before going to HY. YUCK! That always feels terrible. And I still haven't had any water yet today, so here I go. 120 oz. before tonight's hot yoga!!!
