OK ,Its been a bad January and February and felt like all the hard work i put in last year was going away.Going regularly to gym and taking on weights every other day.Handling food with the portion well in control,but still want to do something more.
So I have jumped on to IDEAL PROTEIN DIET last Friday after researching a bit. waiting for my first weight in tomorrow.This diet is bit tough especially the first 2-3 days,had to do some cheating (a little) to survive.This seems to be the only diet in which you don't lose any muscle mass.Let us see how it goes
