I'm starting a new habit today...30 minutes only computer time in the evenings.
I've been making excuses and not getting exercise done every day. One excuse for putting off exercise is getting on the computer and doing things on Facebook - Farmville, CafeWorld, etc., which in the grand scheme of things isn't nearly as important as my health. Looks like I need to set some boundaries - the same kinds of boundaries that I set with my kids - 30 minutes of "free" computer time, once that time is up then no more for the evening and I need to focus my attention on "DO-ing" something else.
