Still trying my best doing the ideal protein diet although I have customized it my way.Also doing weights 3-4 times a week since too much cardio is not recommended while on ideal protein diet.It going pretty steady .I am happy with the progress and not worried out weigh loss now .Cut down the sweets to a very low level and also no cheese ,only non fat milk ,less fiber etc.
