My buns are crazy sore today, Phase II is kicking my butt literally, but I'm loving it. I gained my 30lbs. back in the form of dumbbells on my chest, and i'm so impressed w. my progress! I've been updaing my weight but not actually getting on the scale, lol, but I'm proud to report I'm still 168 which makes me so excited to be out of the plateau. I've been Intermittent Fasting for the better part of the week, but its almost that time of the month so i might just weigh in again next Friday? I got some new workout clothes which is always motivating as well. I can't believe there are only three more weeks until Xmas. One of the Xmas presents to myself was/is to get into my size 28 jeans so i'm really going to have to make sure i'm eating very well and sticking to my workouts. There's actually a new program coming out next week that I've been dying to try, it's caled Brazilian Butt Lift, I've always wanted to try it, but they only had the class @ Equinox which is a crazy expensive gym. I'm excited its coming to dvd, though, I most definitely will buy it, but then it pushes back my wanting to try another program in January, its still too early to worry about such things though.
Goals for the rest of the year:
Work out at least 5 days a week Stick to IF or PSMF plan Lose the last 10lbs!
