Really bad few days eating wise.... Back on track with feeling better, stress of having an exam is now gone (I PASSED), and back on the wagon. I need support help... Yes I admit it.

I really need help getting kick started again...Doing ok sometimes but then bam I hit wawa for breakfast and Im done.

Make a rule that you eat breakfast at home. Wawa is off limits. I haven't really eaten out since I started this - except for a few times where I have made them serve me protein and veggies.

Sometimes eating out can't be avoided.. Try Starbucks for breakfast sandwiches in the future, they have very good options, like Reduced-Fat Turkey Bacon and Egg White Sandwich with reduced-fat cheese and whole wheat muffin. Will definitely boost your protein and good carb intake while keeping your fats down.
