Sl-bm 5:15 am. Sl-bm 10:20 am. Tried new machines at gym. Didn't get much of a workout, because don't know correct level or speed. I may fit an extra workout tonight just to burn some calories. I still feel good about the day. I'm on target with water and doing great with fiber.
