Day 3 of BBBD. Carb flu is kicking in. It's playing minds games with me. It says, you don't have to diet this week, your under severe pressure, eat what you want.
I need to silence the little voice. Although only 3 days in, my mind is a lot clearer and I have much more energy. I'm already seeing the benefits.
