Merekat's Logboek, 27 jul 16

I have been very lax and have been eating whatever I want and not exercising regularly, for about a year now. Needless to say I have gained weight and a lot of my clothes don't fit. Two weeks ago I started exercising again and have today decided that I need to get my eating in order. This wonderful app helped last time and I have no doubt that it will again. I want to feel comfortable in my own skin once more and have my clothes fit.
