I had some REALLY GREAT NEWS this week. I went to the gym, and did my end of the month assessment just as I have been doing for the past 3 months, and I am very proud to say that I have moved out of the OBESE category and am now in the OVERWEIGHT category. That is such a boost, I hope it will keep me moving down the categories
