Feels good to finally have my car back. I'm getting out of what has been just a self imposed funk. The scale is moving and I am happy about that too. I am wrestling with should I or shouldn't I bake a cake for my birthday next Thursday. I typically have a small gathering of friends and family and there is usually cake. If I have a slice it will kick me out of ketosis. I have contemplated just baking one for them and not having a slice.
