Got up at 08.30 and after breakfast took dog for walk. It was raining! Got back dropped dog off and went the extra long way to town; went to co-op for the usual full cream milk (blue top) salted butter, fruit and spuds. Got back home soaked to the skin as it poured down. But the good news is 6,340 steps= 3 miles. Should get another 5,000 steps by tonight. Went out with my wife for another walk this evening in the dark. That's better just over 11,000 steps = 5 miles No Migraine
