steps this morning 3,845 = 1.7 miles in 39 minutes, fields and road walking. Now knackered and in A/F 96/80 pulse 145 so taking magnesium and a Kalm, drinking ice cold water. Going to rest for half an hour. Now out of A/F 128/79 p58 1325 hrs 121/80 p61
