steps 4,099= 2.1 miles. Slept well walked dog in rain and when to town and back in very heavy rain and got soaked again. Made a Baked Thai Curry chicken with sour chick peas and fresh Coriander chutney thank you Delia online for the recipe. Taking 100 mgs of Magnesium 4 times a day. No Migraine
This afternoon I spent trying out a recipe for Gluten-Free Double White Chocolate Vanilla Cupcakes, and they are yummy. Just making the White Chocolate Vanilla Ganache.
Went for short walk this evening as it was pouring. steps 6,978 =3.3 miles climbed 4 floors. Still no migraine
