I seem to have missed out of a few days because I was grumpy. Now back and walking;so far steps 9,044=4 miles and 17 floors walking up and down. Not far to get to the 10,000 steps. It's now 18:30 and I've just completed my steps=10,241= 4.5 miles and 21 floors climbed up. Feeling good. Just a few more steps now 10,870=4.7 miles plus climbed 22 floors.

Ah. You are being so honest. We can all have grumpy days . Brilliant with your step count. Keep walking buddy. I can't at the moment as I'm nursing the bruises still. Happy days 🐕
