Ate a lot 3 days straight after a 2 week (almost) fast. I know I will have gained some major water weight. That's ok, it's closer to my real weight than a dehydrated self.
I'm on Atkins but have 3 dinner invites in the next 2 wks! I can avoid carbs at restaurants but dinner at someone's house, esp international (African-which i love)? No can do! I hate being rude when someone has prepared food for me! oh well, I guess i just get back on the horse after the meals!
