I am feeling really really good about myself! I have lost 5 pounds (perhaps more since I have not weighed in since last week), and I have been keeping up well with workouts and trying to eat healthy. In addition, I have noticed a major difference in my strength and stamina, and I was able to do REAL pushups on Friday! REAL PUSHUPS! So proud of myself! I have not been able to do that since I was a kid lol. And, I can tell my clothes are fitting much more loosely, I feel better, and I can tell in the mirror that I have lost. I am even starting to get some abs! And, without provocation, my boyfriend commented on how amazing I looked. Not that he doesn't normally, but it was very heartfelt! I feel amazing and I can't wait to see how I feel the more I continue to change my lifestyle :)
