OK, I know while I'm waiting for my next dance class to start, I need to keep active. (I so have not). My goal is to do a short pilates workout at least 3 times a week, and dance some, whether to a video or for fun. I got my 20 minutes in today while the kids were taking a nap. Woo-hoo! Now if only I can keep it up.
