Great day diet wise. My hubby brought home hostess snow balls because he knows I love them and ....I did not eat any of them. So after a polite refusal from me ...He gave them to the neighbor kids. He also made pizza rolls for dinner. (I work night shift and he is retired.) After another polite refusal, He made me a roasted chicken breast and steamed broccoli. I got to work and found cheese bagels, doughnuts and granola bars left over from the weekly meeting. I seem to be fighting this diet on many different levels. So far I'm winning. I used to get upset and even mad when I was having obstacles and challenges constantly tempting me. It felt like the world was against me at times. But now I realize that my world (the diet world) and the real world are simply at odds with each other . I say to myself " you expect this you can handle it. it is what it is." I hope for better days and I know I cant control people and situations so I am leaving myself open to just controlling myself.
